Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) — In its third-quarter report, the Albuquerque Police Department announced major crime reductions across the city. Compared to the same period last year, violent crimes like homicide and aggravated assault are down, with shootings involving injuries falling nearly 40%. Property crimes also declined, including a 40% drop in vehicle theft. Arrests are up 26%, reflecting more proactive enforcement.
