A Freeze Watch is in effect from 1 a.m. to 9 a.m. Tuesday, signaling the potential for frost and damage to sensitive vegetation. While daytime highs will remain mild in the low 70s, residents should prepare for cold mornings through midweek.
Forecasters say the chill will be short-lived, with temperatures rebounding into the mid-70s by Wednesday and Thursday.
