Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) –In an update on Mondays story of child abuse charges brought against Johnathan Castillo and Jessica Brusuelas who rushed their 3 month old infant to the hospital, the infant died today. Brusuelas said Castillo was attempting to feed the baby and he became annoyed with the noises the baby was making. Adding, Castillo struck the baby several times until she calmed down and went to sleep. On Monday afternoon, Brusuelas said she woke from a nap and she said Castillo told her the baby wasn’t breathing and she had blood around her mouth and on her gums. Doctors reported that the bay had suffered severe physical trauma, including several skull fractures, a subdural hemorrhage, and extra cranial hemorrhage.
