Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) — APD’s Auto Theft Unit arrested four of Albuquerque’s most prolific car theft suspects during its State Fair enforcement push. Desiree Pacheco, Estevan Tapia, Mark Lujan, and Richard Dotson were taken into custody. The operation has also recovered 8 stolen vehicles, cleared 12 felony warrants, and dismantled one chop shop. Police say the effort will continue through the end of the State Fair.
