Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) — Three stolen cars were recently discovered at the Sunport with the investigation uncovering a local chop shop using the airport parking lot to store stolen vehicles. Court documents reveal a man reported his car had been stolen off Coors Blvd. Police were able to track the car and a truck following behind it to the Sunport. There they found two other stolen vehicles in the parking lot. Police were able to follow one of the stolen cars to a home in Belen where they arrested Martin Garza and Angel Vasquez. Both men went before a judge on Saturday and were released with conditions and face another court date next month.
