
Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) — The Dept of Justice announced today an Albuquerque rapper and convicted felon who trafficked large amounts of drugs and committed crimes while in custody was sentenced to more than 20 years in prison. Jerry Bezie was investigated by the FBI’s Violent Gang Task Force after he used social media to openly flaunt gang affiliation, guns and money. In 2023 FBI SWAT executed a search warrant on Bezie’s home and found more than 100,000 fentanyl pills, seven kilograms of meth, multiple firearms and $64,000 in cash. After his 20 year prison term, Bezie will be on five years supervised release.
