
Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) –37-year-old Tyler Leveque of Albuquerque has pleaded guilty to using social media to issue violent threats against President Donald Trump. Between Jan. 2nd and Jan. 4th, court records show Leveque posted multiple videos and messages on social media threatening to kill Trump and others at a rally. Leveque told agents from the Secret Service and the FBI on Jan. 6th that freedom of speech covered his right to make the posts. Investigators also said he admitted to purchasing a gun from a local business but hadn’t received it yet. He faces up to five years in prison and will serve three years of supervised release once he’s out
