Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) — The New Mexico State Fair is Sept. 4th to Sept. 14th, and that means some unique foods will be on fairgoer’s horizon. Sweet, salty and fried items with a wild twist will tantalize the adventurous. They include: Fried Alligator w/ Boudin Balls, Sweet and Spicy Spam Fries, a Cinnaburger, which will feature a beef patty served between two fresh-baked cinnamon rolls and Sausage S’more Skewer, offering smoked sausage chunks and toasted marshmallow drizzled with chocolate syrup, and topped with graham cracker crumbles.
