ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — The Albuquerque Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred Sunday evening near 5th and Central, close to the KiMo Theatre.
According to APD, two people suffered gunshot wounds and were transported to the hospital. Both victims are reported to be in stable condition.
The department’s Gun Violence Reduction Unit is leading the investigation. No information has been released about potential suspects or what led to the shooting.
