ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — Albuquerque police have arrested Cody Montoya, 41, who was wanted on 45 felony charges tied to a series of burglary cases across the city.
Montoya was listed on APD’s Top 10 Burglary Offender list and was identified in multiple non-residential burglary incidents. Detectives with APD’s Felony Apprehension Support Team (FAST) located and arrested him on August 14.
Montoya faces a long list of charges, including:
- Non-residential burglary
- Conspiracy to commit burglary
- Larceny ranging from over $500 to more than $20,000
- Criminal damage to property
- Possession of burglary tools
- Tampering with evidence
He was booked into the Metropolitan Detention Center following his arrest.
