
Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) –Last month, Jack Ming of Rio Rancho pleaded guilty to embezzlement. A facilities manager at Labatt Food Service in Albuquerque, Ming admitted to ordering double the amount of copper and then reselling it. He sold the copper for less than a fourth of its value, for a period of years. Judge Emeterio Rudolfo gave Ming a conditional discharge if he completed five years of supervised probation and ordered him to pay back part of what he stole from his former employer.
