Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) — A man is facing multiple charges after allegedly setting his father’s house on fire and stealing an emergency vehicle in Rio Arriba County. Deputies say Faustin Martinez Jr. took off in an Agua Sana truck on July 16, nearly colliding with law enforcement. Stop sticks were used before Martinez crashed into patrol vehicles. Body cam footage shows the chaotic scene. Martinez is charged with arson, assaulting an officer, and vehicle theft.
