
Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) –The crash of a medical transport plane today near the Arizona and New Mexico border has resulted in the death of all four passengers that were aboard the aircraft. The plane was on the way to pick up a patient from a nearby hospital when the crash happened near the Chinle Airport at about 12:40 p.m. Multiple agencies responded to the scene, including: the NPD Chinle District, Navajo EMS, and Navajo Nation Fire & Rescue Services. The National Traffic Safety Bureau and Federal Aviation Administration is conducting the investigation.
