Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) — The Isotopes kicking off their only three game homestand this season with a special opening act. The gates open early for ‘Guns & Hoses’ – a charity softball game benefitting Special Olympics. Local police officers and firefighters square off on the diamond just before the Topes and the Reno Aces game at 6:35. The fun continues this weekend with Green Chili Cheeseburger night on Saturday and a jacket giveaway for kids on Sunday.
