Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) — Following the approval today by President Trump, the Federal Emergency Management Agency will be providing federal disaster assistance to the state of New Mexico to supplement its flooding recovery efforts. The assistance is for Lincoln, Chaves, Otero, and Valencia counties. Governor Lujan Grisham at a press conference in Ruidoso today said the federal administration plans to provide over $3 million from FEMA and $12 million from the USDA.
