Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) — Farmington Police have issued an arrest warrant for massage parlor owner Fu Shuping. The 53 year old has been charged with human trafficking, racketeering, kidnapping, extortion, and promoting prostitution. According to an April 2024 report filed by a woman she alleges that she traveled to Farmington to accept a legitimate job as a massage therapist. When she arrived at the massage parlor, owned by Shuping, she was reportedly told to perform sexual acts on customers. Investigators have determined Shuping is linked to multiple massage parlors operating in the Farmington area, as well as others throughout New Mexico, and across the United States.
