
Crews continue battling the Oak Ridge Fire on the Navajo Nation, where nearly 200 acres have burned near Sanostee, New Mexico.
The blaze, which ignited Saturday, has forced evacuations in the area. Navajo Nation Police and Fire officials issued a “GO” order for residents along Road 19, advising them to leave immediately for their safety. A Red Cross shelter has been set up at Tohatchi High School for displaced families.
The fire remains active, though exact containment numbers have not been released. Authorities are still investigating the cause.
