Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) — Former Albuquerque police officer Daniel Carr has resigned from the Durango Police Department after being placed on New Mexico’s Giglio list, which flags officers no longer considered credible witnesses in court. Carr was hired by Durango PD in November 2024 and placed on administrative leave earlier this week after the department learned of his status. He resigned Wednesday, and Durango PD says it acted swiftly to uphold public trust.
