Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) — Albuquerque police have arrested 16-year-old Elijah Engelking, the fourth teen charged in the 2024 killing of Scott Habermehl. Habermehl was biking to work when a stolen car veered into a bike lane and hit him. Investigators say the teens filmed the crash and shared it online. Engelking was identified through the video and social media messages.
