Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) — The Kirtland Airforce Base airman who drown over the weekend at Elephant Butte Lake has been identified. The body of Airman First Class Me’lik Etienne body was found Monday on a beach at the lake after he disappeared Saturday evening. Officials say alchohol was NOT involved in the incident. Etienne was married – and leaves behind a wife and other family members.
