Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) — Former Doña Ana County Magistrate Court Judge Joel Cano and his wife, Nancy Cano, were released on $10,000 bonds today. They face federal charges related to tampering with evidence in case involving housing alleged Venezuelan gang member. The Canos appeared in U.S. Federal District Court in Las Cruces and were ordered to comply with several conditions, including surrendering their passports.
