Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) — The call for bids on a master plan to re-imagine the Expo New Mexico grounds has been called off by the state. The winning bid was to have been announced today, but it was canceled and another Request For Proposal is set to be issued next week. It’s unclear why the state canceled the RFP, but County Commissioners remain set to vote on a Tax Increment Development District for the fairgrounds on March 11th.
