Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) — Border Patrol agents in El Paso re-arrested convicted rapist Mario Roberto Ochoa Zapata last week. He was among four people arrested trying to enter the country illegally. The Border Patrol Chief said the Honduran national was an “aggravated felon” who was convicted of second-degree rape in 2011 out of Tulsa, Oklahoma. He was previously sentenced to 14 years in prison. Zapata will now face prosecution for his illegal re-entry into the U.S.
