Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) — A pair of ordinances to cut down on misuse of city parks, including homeless campers, was passed by the Albuquerque City Council Monday. Some public speakers did not approve specifics of the bills. The new ordinance also allows for shopping carts in parks to be confiscated. Camping in parks will now only be allowed by certain organizations with permission.
