Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) — The Windy City wins again in Orkin’s annual “Rattiest City” in the U.S, but the Duke City’s not far behind. The 2024 rankings, reviewed new residential rodent treatments between last September and this August. Los Angeles came in second behind Chicago and New York finished in third overall. Albuqerque came in 30th. The pest company warning that because rats reproduce quickly, even a small infestation can become a serious problem. To help keep the rodents under control, Orkin recommends sealing entry points, clearing up food sources and debris, ensuring your trash containers are sealed, and fixing water leaks.
