Four adults killed Saturday

Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) — Albuquerque Police Department homicide detectives are investigating four overnight shooting deaths at an apartment complex as a possible triple-murder followed by the death of the offender by suicide. Four adults were killed during the incident Saturday, just before midnight at the Valley Apartments, located in the 1800-block of Indian School Rd. Witnesses tell detectives all of the individuals knew each other, saying some of the individuals were drinking throughout the day. According to police, the victims, a man and woman in their early 20s and a man in his 50s. The beginning of August, APD reported homicides were down 20%. This case is one of a dozen homicides in the month of August alone, according to APD’s crime data.
