Restaurant job training partnership

Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) — The New Mexico Restaurant Association has announced its collaboration with Job Training Albuquerque to address the urgent need for skilled workers in the local hospitality industry. The partnership allows for the expansion of training offerings to provide specialized courses tailored to restaurant and hospitality workers.

Restaurants with fewer than 500 employees can access these training programs for free. Carol Wight, the CEO of NMRA says, the restaurant industry has faced numerous challenges over the past few years. By funding these programs for their employees, we provide much-needed relief to restaurant owners. This initiative also opens new career paths for individuals interested in the hospitality industry.
