MADD New Mexico moves headquarters to the Center for Hope and Healing

Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) — Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) New Mexico is pleased to announce the relocation of its headquarters to The Center for Hope and Healing in Albuquerque. This move represents a significant step forward in MADD NM’s mission to support victims of drunk driving and prevent further tragedies on our roads.

The new office, located at The Center for Hope and Healing, 4125 Carlisle Blvd NE, will provide MADD NM with a centralized and accessible location to serve the community. The Center for Hope and Healing, also home to The Grief Center of New Mexico, and known for its compassionate support services, aligns perfectly with MADD NM’s commitment to helping victims and families cope with the devastating effects of drunk driving crashes.

“We are excited about this new chapter for MADD NM,” said Katrina Latka, state executive director of MADD NM. “The Grief Center’s dedication to providing healing and support for all who grieve makes it an ideal partner for us. This move will enhance our ability to serve victims and advocate for safer roads in New Mexico.” MADD will relocate to The Center for Hope and Healing facility as of May 1.

“The Center for Hope and Healing was designed to be home to services that support our entire community when experiencing the perfectly normal, yet perfectly painful, effects of sudden and traumatic death. The Grief Center is honored to share space with MADD NM and to collaborate to heal broken hearts,” said Jade Richardson Bock, executive director of the Grief Center and creator of the Center for Hope and Healing’s business plan.

MADD NM invites the community to visit its new office and learn more about MADD, its programs and services, and the resources available at The Grief Center. The organization continues to seek volunteers and supporters to join its efforts in ending drunk driving and supporting victims.
