Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) — Wednesday morning Rust armorer Hannah Gutierrez was processed by the New Mexico Corrections Department. She’s incarcerated at the Western New Mexico Correctional Facility in Grants. April 15th, Judge Mary Marlowe Sommer sentenced Gutierrez to 18 months in prison, after she was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter in the death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins. Gutierrez is required to serve at least 85% of her sentence. Actor Alec Baldwin’s also facing involuntary manslaughter for the deadly shooting of Hutchins, and asked Judge Sommer to dismiss the charge, but a decision hasn’t been made.
