Rio Rancho, NM (KKOB) — The FBI and Rio Rancho Police Department are seeking the public’s assistance to identify the Tan Pants Bandit, who robbed the Rio Grande Credit Union of Rio Rancho, located at 1526 Unser Blvd SE, at approximately 4:45p.m. on Monday, April 1, 2024.
Suspect’s description:
- Sex: Male
- Race: White
- Height: Approximately 5’7”
- Build: stocky
- Clothing: Black sweatshirt, Tan pants, Black beanie, White face mask, glasses, Black Nike shoe
The suspect entered the Credit Union, demanded money from the teller. The teller handed over an undisclosed amount of money to the suspect. The FBI is offering a reward of up to $2,000 for information leading to the arrest and conviction of this suspect.
