Local cannabis manufacturer suing New Mexico Cannabis Control Division

Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) — A local cannabis manufacturer’s suing the New Mexico Cannabis Control Division over a recent recall of some of its products. Jacob Candelaria, attorney for Pharmers LLC argues a recent recall of products in an Albuquerque shop was “unlawful.” He says the state didn’t follow its rules when issuing the recall a few weeks ago. Going on to say the recalled products were manufactured by his clients in the fall of 2022. At that time, the products passed every single applicable pesticide and other tests mandated by the state of New Mexico. The lawsuit’s asking a judge to stop the recall and for the CCD to publish a retraction.
