Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) — No need to drive downtown to file a protest/appeal your yearly Notice of Value from the Office of the Bernalillo County Assessor. Two satellite locations are open thru May first for property owners to file an appeal of their assessed value, known officially as a protest. The satellite locations are utilizing empty voting sites on opposite sides of the Rio Grande, at the Andalucia Shopping Center, 5600 Coors Boulevard Northwest, near Montano, as well as the Shoppes, in the 6000 block of San Mateo Boulevard Northeast and Osuna. Both are open from 9 to 4:30, Monday thru Friday and closed from noon to one for employee lunch breaks
