Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) — Forty year old Jorge Castillo of Rio Rancho was arrested last week for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in the 600 block of Chaps Road. A caller reported an armed man in their front yard pointing a gun at a father, who told police his son was having an ongoing altercation with two other juvenile brothers. The man with the gun at one point raised it to his side and pointed it in the direction of the father. Castillo was identified as the man with the weapon and arrested. He faces up to a year and a half in jail if convicted.
