Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) — A traffic stop in September leads to a drug bust and arrest of an Albuquerque murder suspect. A New Mexico State Police officer pulled over a car on I-40 near Grants for suspended insurance. A female driver and her boyfriend, 21-year-old Nathen Garley were inside. Smelling marijuana in the car, the cop searched the vehicle, finding over 24 pounds of Fentanyl belonging to Garley. He’s one of three men accused of killing 11-year-old Froylan Villegas outside Isotopes Park in September. The female driver was let go shortly after, while Garley’s locked up until his trial.
