Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) — APD officers from the Foothills Area Command investigated a pedestrian fatality that occurred around 7:30 Thursday night. The location: the intersection of Tramway and Copper. A caller told officials they saw a person lying in the middle of the road. Police found the individual dead at the scene. The investigation indicated the victim was struck by a vehicle whose driver remained at the scene. Northbound Tramway lanes at Copper were shutdown during the evaluation by authorities.
