Albuquerque, NM (KKOB) — An Albuquerque man is behind bars after his 5th DWI. Twenty nine year old Shared Perez was pulled over in July. This was after an undercover Albuquerque Police Department officer happened upon him. Perez has an extensive history of DWI. His license was revoked following his previous convictions. Perez was arrested four times since 2018 to 2019. He took a plea deal for all four cases, pleading guilty to four counts of 1st offense DWI. He has now been charged, after his 5th arrest.
