Drop in enrollment at SF Community College

Albuquerque, NM (KKOB)–Enrollment is way down at Santa Fe Community College, due to Covid-19. According to the Albuquerque Journal, the numbers have fallen 28 percent in one year.

College President Becky Rowley blames the cancellation of fitness classes and a large reduction in art courses. She also says many of the school’s part-time students decided not to return. Those part-time students make up 80-percent of the college’s total enrollment.
