(Albuquerque)-There are new sweeping public health measures New Mexicans will have to adhere to since Governor Lujan Grisham announced them on Monday. The Associated Press reports the new measures include restrictions that have us staying home … not taking part in any gatherings that include more than give people … and ends temporarily non-essential business that cannot be carried out remotely. The new limits take effect on Tuesday.
The Governor says there are still too many people engaging in risky social interactions with others and Lujan Grisham says that could result in a sharp increase in coronavirus cases.
On Monday, the number of positive tests for coronavirus spiked to 83 cases.
