MEANWHILE, PHASE-ONE OF REDEVELOPING WINROCK SHOPPING CENTER IN ALBUQUERQUE IS MOVING ALONG. PHASE ONE IS DONE AND GOODMAN REALITY GROUP IS MOVING INTO PHASE-TWO. THIS PHASE WILL ADD A HOTEL, A TWO-ACRE PARK, AND OFFICE SPACES ABOVE TJ MAXX. IT’LL ALSO INCLUDES MULTI-FAMILY LIVING FACILITIES AND NEW STORES AND RESTAURANTS.
