Former US Attorney for New Mexico, Damon Martinez, is running for Congress. He has announced he’s a candidate for the state’s First Congressional District. He’s going up against several candidates for the Democratic nomination, including Albuquerque City Councilor Pat Davis and Democrat Party Chair Debra Haaland. The First Congressional District is currently represented by Michelle Lujan Grisham who is running for Governor of New Mexico.
