A Homeland Security official told the Senate Intelligence Committee Wednesday that Russian hackers targeted 21 US state election systems last November and a small number were breached, although there’s no evidence any votes were manipulated. New Mexico Secretary of State Maggie Toulouse Oliver released a statement saying her office has not been alerted by any federal authority that New Mexico was a victim of any alleged breaches by Russia.
