More people are buying homes in our state. The Realtors Association of New Mexico says sales jumped almost 20% from May of 2016 to May of this year. The median price of a home was up slightly to $190,000.
For the year, more than 8,700 homes have sold in New Mexico- a 10% increase from the same time last year.
