A major road project in Albuquerque isn’t quite finished. The I-25 / Paseo Del Norte interchange reconstruction wrapped up two and a half years ago. Now the City of Albuquerque is adding the final touch with a big landscaping project.
The total of 120 trees, more than 900 shrubs, and decorative rock mulch are being added to the 10-acre area. It’s a 2.4 million dollar project that’ll also include solar-powered irrigation. It’s expected to be completed this fall.
