A judge has agreed to a request from the Bernalillo County DA’s Office to consolidate three separate preventative detention motions against triple-murder suspect Yoan Santiesteban. A hearing will be held Wednesday to determine if Santiesteban can be detained without bond until trial.
He’s accused of killing three people during armed robberies in Albuquerque over a 12-day period last month. The DA will also ask that co-defendant Gloria Garcia be held without bond.
