There could be some major improvements coming to the Santa Fe Municipal Airport. The Santa Fe New Mexican reports the mayor’s office is in the early stages of developing a proposal to build a new terminal and put in other facilities, at a cost of about 35 million dollars.
A location for a new terminal is still under discussion. The Santa Fe New Mexican says the facility currently handles more than 154,000 people annually.
