Albuquerque police have issued an arrest warrant for a man who they say stole a UNM bus Wednesday morning and took it for a joyride. KOB TV reports the man got into the bus near UNM Hospital, then drove it through a fence, and even hit a street sweeper along the way.
The bus had a GPS unit so police were able to track it down in the South Valley. The suspect was gone by then but APD says they know who he is.
