One of the ABQ teenagers charged in the 2015 shooting death of Steven Gerecke will be sentenced as an adult. The judge in the case ruled that 18-year-old Christopher Rodriguez is not amenable to treatment as a juvenile.
The 60-year-old Gerecke was shot and killed in his driveway in June of 2015 after confronting a group of teens who’d been breaking into homes and cars.
