Some New Mexico leaders are with President Trump on pulling out of the Paris Climate Accord, others are not. Those opposing a pullout are every Democratic member of the State’s Congressional Delegation- Senator Tom Udall and Martin Heinrich, Congressman Ben Ray Lujan and Congresswoman Michelle Lujan Grisham. Republican Congressman Steve Pearce, meanwhile, says he’s always been against being part of the climate accord. And a spokesman for PNM, New Mexico’s biggest electric utility, is still undecided.
President Trump is expected to announce his decision at 1 PM Mountain Time.
