HARLEY (ID# 1558104) IS A 7 YEAR OLD, FEMALE REDDISH/GOLD GERMAN SHEPHERD MIX WEIGHING 37 POUNDS.
◊ Sweet Harley came to us when her dad’s health deteriorated and he could no longer
care for her or take her for a walk.
She’s a little by shy at first and still adjusting to loosing her person and home.
◊ She’s a sweet quiet dog. In her last home she was an indoor only dog.
House trained in her last home.
She’d love to sit by your side and just love you.
Since she’s feeling a little lost she’d like a home
where people are home more than they are away.
◊ Harley is looking for a calmer quiet home and someone ready to give her a few
extra days to acclimate to her new home and people.
After all she’s had a lot of life changes lately.
She’s boned with some new BFF’s and is ready to be your constant companion.
She wants to BE “with” her people. She will be your little shadow.
We heard she’s good in the car too so companion here too.
◊ Harley offers sweet gentle kisses. She’s a very good girl.
She’s polite during brushing of her longer coat and also during bathing.
With her long narrow nose we think there’s some sheltie or collie
in her genealogy…much smaller than a true German Shepherd too.
◊ Harley is good on leash and enjoys her routine of daily walks.
◊ She’s a sensitive lady so a mature home or a family with children 10 or older only please.
Her fondest wish is a single person or family of her very own
to take care of her—a forever home.
☺ Do you have a soft warm place for Harley to lie down, perhaps share a bed with you,
give her good food and lots of love and security?
Harley is ready when you are! Home for the holidays is all she wants.
She’d look great in a red bandana.
You will find her at the Eastside location of Albuquerque Animal Welfare.
If you just can’t make it in to our Eastside shelter you are in luck! This weekend is the Home for the Holidays event that will be taking place on the West side of town.
