A federal magistrate has ordered that the man accused of setting a fire at an Old Navy store in Albuquerque remain in the custody of the US Marshals Service. 28 year old David Hickman charged with using an explosive device to damage or destroy a building used in interstate commerce. He was arrested early Saturday outside the Old Navy store at the Pavilions at San Mateo Shopping Center. Magistrate Judge Karen Molzen says Hickman is a danger to society and a flight risk.
